Marceline Sompo has a 30 day return policy. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, in the condition you received it and in its original packaging.

If you wish to make a return, please send an email to info@marcelinesompo.com with the email subject “Return + your order number”.

Returns are not permitted for the following items:

* Gift cards

* Sale or promotional items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account and contact your bank.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable.

If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

If you are shipping a high value item, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
